We provide you here with a spare parts service that normally extends way beyond the 10-year legal requirement. Whoever operates machines using our products knows that they can even often successfully request a spare part for a machine that is over 50 years old.

All of our products are marked with an order number (previously YY/NNNNN, today YY/NNNNN/NN). Please provide this number together with the article number when requesting the spare part. This allows us to find the correct spare part as quickly as possible. Your machine is once more ready for operation as quickly as possible.

Original Ortlinghaus spare and wear parts guarantee highest safety due to best quality and compatibility to the original Ortlinghaus product. The parts are developed and constructed together with the series product. Improvements in our series products are also automatically transferred to the spare and wear parts.

If you are not able to make repairs yourself, or if you don’t want to make them, then we can provide repairs at our factory. We can then guarantee for unlimited function.
