All of our products are marked with a fabrication number (previously YY/NNNNN and now YY/NNNNN/NN ) This number, together with the model number of the product should be stated in your spare parts enquiries. This will enable us to pinpoint the execution and to quote for spares as quickly as possible, thus assisting you in once more taking up production with your machine in relatively short time.

For the correct maintenance of your clutch / brake as well as accessories supplied by us, we provide respective Technical Product Informations for the respective series of clutch or brake. Most of these can be downloaded form here.

If you are not in the position to perform the repair yourself, we offer complete repair of our products here in our factory. Correct function after the repair is guaranteed.
